The FireBike Team

FireBike is part of Essex County Fire and Rescue Service’s Road Traffic Collision (RTC) Reduction Team, which is based at South Woodham Ferrers Fire Station.

Our FireBike riders are RoSPA Gold advanced motorcyclists and all are also qualified to RoSPA's National Diploma in Advanced Riding Instruction. They use their experiences as both firefighters attending RTC’s and as motorcycle enthusiasts themselves to engage with riders and their pillion passengers at motorcycle events and venues throughout Essex.
